I agree with what PG said in the last interview he did. Basically, was that they will commit the capital when guaranteed a minimum return from our buyers (that is a respectful floor price). I agree with that. Why build to get taken advantage of? This game can only last so long. When they are ready to panic and commit, the company can accelerate its projects. I am all in favour of setting the conditions for the next price spike.
