I think because the market cap in this case is calculated on a per exchange basis, so you'd need to add this to the ALTM market cap on the NYSE.
I've also been trying to figure out the market cap for Ganfeng, for comparison purposes. Ganfeng is listed on both the Shanghai and the Hong Kong stock exchanges, as far as I can tell. Does anyone know how to correctly calculate it's market cap? I don't really have time to go through the company's announcements, but will if I have to.
