Seems to me, again im no expert, that lag happens. The demand will no doubt be higher if they decide to (Reason to start mining again). So another panic perhaps prior to this while they get in operation? (Last up cycle ran up high an fast, I think the market was caught out/hard to pick it)
I dont believe its like turning a light switch on and off. It takes time to get to production again.
An so the scales of balance will swing left to right for awhile, slowly decreasing in distance apart until a more stable price/demand balance occurs.
Ive seen a couple of these cycles now, I've rode two down this same way. So hard to sit back at times. But, fairly confident it will swing again in our favour.
