CATL will probably re open the mine if the LCE price stay above US15,000.
As their reported production cost was around US$12,500 per ton, don't see them re start the operation if the LCE price is not consistently above $15K or higher as they are other costly restarting expenses, logistical issues / cost and risks associated with the restart.
It is not a simple switch on /switch off as many think.
