The fella who wouldn’t tell shareholders how many were for vs against the merger, when they had that conference call just before voting was due…?
That was disgraceful imo; he used some lame excuse like “others don’t report that” or something to that effect, despite many of us being aware that one condition of the merger going ahead was having a majority of the number of shareholders voting yes.
