I requested AKE to transfer my shares to the Nasdac platform .
Spent over 2 hours over the phone trying to locate them…
Called AKE helpline: no clear answer as AKE is no longer trading.
Called CommSec: my AKE shares were transferred to Computer Shares on the 4th of January.
Call Computer Shares: Supplied my SRN/HIN , they found my account but no shares… then got back to AKE .. full circle twice.
anyone in the same boat.
I suppose my shares are with some US computer shares registry but will not know until they contact me.
Should have done nothing and get the CDI’s.
