Shareholder info services and Computershare AU are both useless. Commsec a little more helpful, but not far behind.

My understanding is that those that elected to receive ALTM shares have their shares held by the transfer agent, which in this case is Computershare US. I am expecting Computershare US to send account statements by mail somewhat imminently. I called Computershare US on 4th Jan to ask when account (holding) statements would be sent, but of course, they could not tell me. Typically useless. Anyway, this is my understanding. All we can do is wait. I’d be surprised if contacting the company directly will help.
