    I can’t find the article I read, but the gist of the claim is that Livent execs negotiated favourable positions for themselves in NewCo by shafting shareholders and accepting a lower ratio for Livent in NewCo, ie was 47% and became the final 44%. Proceedings are only asking for documents… at this stage.
