Interesting to note that while TD Cohen sees the long term incentive price for ithium carboante at 24K USD per tonne based on a 2030 EV sales forecast of 44 million units and 2.8 million tons of LCE demand, Albermarle forecasts. 3.3 million tons LCE of demand. (it used to be 3.7 million LCE tons.)
If Albemarle is right that would be 500K tons more demand vs TD Cohen's forecast, which would mean that a higher a incentive price would be necessary. Of course these are all forecasts and not exact science but still worth considering.
