I didn't realise how high cost the Nemaska asset of livent is. The are currently completing construction but at today's prices it will be losing money. I'd say the selling and high short were playing on that outcome. It will have to be put on C&M before they even get a chance. Or produce at a loss to get it going and hope for a rebound.
Imagine the will be a big topic in the quaterly as well as Mt Cat.
