you have calculated the number of shares on issue wrong. Livent shareholders get 2.406 times their current number of shares. It has previously been posted that there will be about 1 billion shares on issue. In the end, AUD share price comes out in line with current share price, account for movement in LHTM in the US overnight. All the second guessing of calculations will cease on 4/5 Jan when shares are CDIs come into full effect.
