Dycomet I believe carries that name still. I still feel they should update the shareholders on what I states with regards to the US company. They are a publicly traded company.

Been down this road more times than I can shake a stick at. By material I mean material information as it relates to reporting regulations on corporate changes as it can have a material affect on the company hence share price.

I suspect Aus regs are similar to US regs on these issues.

Are there any pointers to that division on the company web page? They bought it for the technology. Where is the technology now?

If I’m gonna hold on to these million shares… ohhh I am most definitely poking the bear… No implication of indicating anything sinister… until I van confirm answers.
