Thanks for that. I am a fairly new investor in this ticker. I am unable to find any real detail about this civil dispute in the NSW Supreme Court. At the surface it appears to be a claim about alleged "misleading conduct" which the company (TTT) strenuouisly denies. I can't find any source which expands on what consitutes the alleged misleading condcut. Company Ann on 6/12/2022 gives scant detail. Misleading Conduct, to me, doesnt feel like a company breaker, IMO.
I also note that the matter listed on the 21/06/2024 is for Directions. My understanding would be that this matter may not even proceed any further depending on the courts Directions.
If anyone has more detail it would be nice to share, thanks.
