I tried to edit and add to my comments but was too late..
On the merger or takeover question.. Then it would seem more likely a merger of equals (if that is ever in the cards) whereas they seem to be a specialty cold spray company and I see that as a good thing in terms of creating something with someone that would exude diversity.
