One thing of note, i might of read this wrong. But they are manufacturing spee3d machines inside a university not using spee3d machines to mass produce some product.
Spee3d are ahead in the PR game but this seems like a low volume assembly line that is more aligned with 'our printers will sell better and get around regulations better in the US if they are built in the US' kinda deal rather than some commercial deal that will catapult them
