As I stated last night.., they MAY need a deflection Press Release. I pray not. It’s too bad they couldn’t have settled things but disconcerting is: The plaintiff is questioning the technology… As an investor, I’d like to have a clearer understanding as to why they feel that? Is that not publicly disseminated? I mean.. it seems as though that would be material info.
I bought in long after the lawsuit and wasn’t aware of the issue.
Does anyone have any insight as to what it was specifically they were not happy with?
