$1 per share would only value the company at 500m m/c - seems a bit low for US$400m EBITIA.
At present SOI would give a P/E of approx 1.27 - correction - some are between 3 and 7 roughly - many are much higher!! - so thinking maybe quite a bit higher but IDKA!!! - GLTH
