Isn't Westpac just the broker, just like commsec? It's not Westpac who are accumulating but a client.
I emailed the company secretary for a top 50 a few months back and was served up a piss poor response from an admin assistant asking me for 100 points of identification and the reason I wanted it. I told them I was a share holder and it's none of their business why I wanted it. Never got a response.......
