The new management has taken a new approach with the locals than the previous management did between 2010 and 2020.
Mr T has had a big impact improving the relationship with the locals and remains engaged.
The road was the preferred option over the rail because of the dual use (again this inspires local interest)
CR is a possibility but still pushing full funding. Finance discussions are ongoing with interested parties (plural)
MOST permits in hand in 3 weeks.
A little bit quiet on sovereign risk, but that could be due to the sensitive nature of it.
BFS is on track (to those words)
Sam appeared a little bit nervous but that is to be expected (It's the first one)
My friend was overall happy with the presso.

I think there is a fair bit to be happy about.
