Recently PIPE off market action is reassuring. I may be completely off the mark but I expect gentlemen's hand shakes have been put into place to support the SP in the initial days. $5m on-screen can be more value than $5m cash in these situations especially initially.
No body wants CRML to fail.
I haven't been in this situation before and have tried to dig as much I can without creating biases.
Remember only ~$90m USD worth of shares @ $10 are available to trade. If a couple ESG or Battery EFT's take positions it'll be hard to dump.
Retail is less involved in this than you can imagine, which we hope will convert into EUR being balanced to CRML price ratio to EUR.
