Regarding the EUROC options form, my experience was that I couldn't wait for the snail mail pack to arrive, so I logged into my Computershare account (the registry) and everything was uploaded there already. Downloaded the PDF containing the personalised BPay details and sent the money away. Physical mail pack did arrive days after.
Only thing that annoyed me was the due date extending so late, and I could have held onto my cash a bit longer
