I can't imagine what reason EUR would give if it applies for a further suspension tomorrow.

It is in suspension now because: "The voluntary suspension is requested pending an announcement by the Company regarding an update on the potential investments from strategic parties." That's irrelevant now, I assume, with the successful SIZZLE vote? Presumably EUR will notify its shareholders about this vote tomorrow.

Regardless of my previous paragraph, the length of the current suspension extends until: "the earlier of the release of these announcements, or prior to the commencement of trading on Monday 26 February 2024."

So it seems to me that EUR will start trading tomorrow. If EUR wants to extend the suspension it is going to have to give a new reason that is acceptable to the ASX. Or would it have to apply for a trading halt on new grounds?
