CRML is of no interest to EUR shareholders, regardless of whether it is at $3 or $30.
There will be no alignment of the ASX with the NASDAQ, nor will there be a dividend or CRML shares for the outsourcing of assets.
EUR is a share of small investors, 75% of whom hold their deposits with large banks such as BMP, HSBC, UBS, Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank.
These small investors have no shareholder number and no voting rights at shareholder meetings!
Of the remaining 25% of the total shares, the majority will be held by EUR's management, by individuals, by their own companies or through intermediaries.
Now you might think that the management should be interested in the EUR price rising out of self-interest alone?
But that will require institutional investors to step in and buy large stakes.
This could mean that the majority of shares in management will fall or be lost.
The danger would then be that the incompetent management would be removed.
This would also have a significant impact on CRML, as the majority is held by EUR.
Why should the management have an interest in the EUR price becoming interesting for major shareholders?
