Answer yourself the question, have you ever seen a public company spin off assets without the shareholders being compensated by dividends or receiving shares from the subsidiary?
Or agree to this spin-off without benefiting from it?
I have never seen that.
The EUR shareholders are sheep who are still dreaming of blooming lush meadows where the management is taking them !
The Wolfsberg project is excellent, only the management is incompetent.
In Europe and everywhere else in the world, this management would have been fired long ago
