If we approve the resolution 8, Tony will have more then $500,000.00 worth of reason to do what he can to get the share price back to 12cents ($0.12) by 31st of October this year.
It has to remain above that price for 5 CONSECUTIVE trading days to achieve his money.
Otherwise he is earning around $400,000.00 for the year. LESS THEN HALF what he could.
Not sure what to think of that. But, one thing is it makes me feel like 12 cents may happen again by halloween this year. MAYBE.
