In case you missed it, according to Tony Sage on "X" the DFS still takes about 2 quarters which is about 4-6 months and then an EIA was only submitted to the authorities in April but no permit to operate a mine yet...
if you now look at the old DFS and the old time table and note what year it is now, then you will quickly come to the year of the earliest start of production.....
you should also note that the mine is located at 1600 HM and that no work is allowed in winter to protect the animals (this is also written in the old DFS).
You probably also realize that a new mine entrance has to be built and the above-ground plant has to be ordered and built
....all this doesn't grow on trees and is ready when you shake it
