I think the market will turn in a year. I will give some facts from Germany:
- there are actually 50 Mio cars - monthly new: 250.000 Cars (85% with Petrol/ 15% BEV) - Main reason for buying Petrol Cars: the BEV are too expensive, Petrol is cheap. (1,80€/Liter)
this will Happen in the next 3 years: - cheaper BEV will come to the market - Petrol price will rise by tax (each Liter): (2025 + 0,03€ / 2026 + 0,03 CT / 2027 + 0,38€) experts see the Petrol price in january 2027 rise to 2,40€. - 2027: new technical regulatory will be startet for Petrol Cars: EURO 7. This makes Petrol Cars much more expensive.
