@Gartenfan - I have found a gem in the generally excellent article - it was the interview about fish, the Interview of Axel Hein - really interesting - probably not so relevant to Australia as we still have a fairly natural way of fishing, but there are fish farms. Well explained, sadly in German (actually Austrian variety!)
