This is a "stand alone" meaning from a single person who was Not involved. After 3 weeks there is no discussion about this possible problem. We are talking about a Million Dollar project handled via lawyer.
Also in the EU there are similar regulatorys. Do you think that was a new Info for a company who is already decades in the Mining Business?
