(2) The licensee must have full control of its assets. The licensee must not be insolvent or be subject to a judicial or administrative insolvency, restructuring or similar process, which includes that the licensee must not be in suspension of payments, bankruptcy, liquidation or in a comparable situation. 67.–(1) The licensee, individuals owning or exerting decisive influence over the licensee and members of the licensee's management, including a board of directors, an executive board, a supervisory board or similar governing body, must not have been convicted of or accepted a fine or other penalty or sanction in the last four years for the following offences: 1) Bribery, fraud or cartel operation. 2) Participation in a criminal organisation. 3) Acts of terrorism or terrorism-related criminal offences. 4) Money laundering or terrorism financing. 5) Child labour or human trafficking. (2) As from the date of grant of the licence and for the entire licence period, the licensee and the persons stated must fulfil all of the requirements under sections 66 and 67(1).
