The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) announces that it has imposed a fine of EUR 122,850 against European Lithium Limited as a legal person by way of the accelerated conclusion of proceedings pursuant to Article 22 para. 2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG) for a breach against the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR, Regulation (EU) 596/2014) regarding a delayed submission of an ad hoc report dated 05.03.2020.

The penal order is final.

I was just looking for what the reporter wrote in the newspaper to see if there might be a law on this as well .....because you treated this as no new information in the newspaper article.
Either you were aware of the law, I certainly wasn't until you spurred me on to look for it ....I don't care about anything else, it just tells me that the reporter actually did a good job (except for a few mistakes: length of the tunnels of the mine/time of the NASDAQ listing).
It would still be desirable if the management would give an update on Wolfsberg once in a while, as in 2023 there was a video almost every month.

But I will be just as happy to watch your own YouTube reports that you have announced
