European Lithium currently holds a 7.5% direct ownership stake in the Tanbreez rare earth project.
Additionally, European Lithium owns approximately 75-80% of Critical Metals Corp (CRML), which itself holds a 42% stake in Tanbreez.Therefore, European Lithium's total effective ownership in Tanbreez includes its direct 7.5% stake plus its indirect share through CRML, resulting in around 39.9% overall ownership of the Tanbreez project

I know it's not a direct ownership but it's remarkable to go from 7.5% to 40% ownership of Tanbreez for doing nothing really.
I am desperate to know what European Lithium management are thinking and how creative when it comes to selling CRML stock and how to go about it if they do.
