Tony is in China with the Obeikan partner to look at the type of plant that will work. As I understand it DRA is still involved but I seem to remember someone mention Hatch as the EPCM. Paul Berend from CLE worked with them so would make sense, but don' t hold me to it. The contractor is not the key, its the green light on getting to work but with the Li price so low, I don't see any hurry to crank things hard now.
