European Lithium holds 73.22% or around 66.41 million shares in Critical Metals (Nasdaq: CRML 8.25 USD), which have been listed on the Nasdaq since the end of February 2024. This stake alone is currently worth USD 547.96 million, while European Lithium only has a market value of USD 56.57 million . The value of the holdings therefore exceeds the current market cap by +868% or, in other words, by 9.6 times!
