That is what is expected. I've not seen any official release outlining what will happen with the CRML shares.
Before the merger, there was talk of a capital return as a possibility. My perspective is that it will be a "wait and see" approach.
when all the shares are in the wild and free to roam, their real market value will be found.
Funds pegged to Nasdaq, due to their very nature, must buy into the share. So that will mean that there is some initial movement of price at least. In which direction, though?
im happy for a special dividend in the short term. We will all know more by the end of Q1 25
