Ive recently read articles regarding extraction of REE from Eudialyte. Which is what Tanbreez has in abundance. This is the tricky part (apart from location issues etc).
5 years ago they could do it, but not very economically. It seems to produce a silica (almost jelly like) looking product throughout the extraction process and when it gets to that, hard to extract REE. Im not sure fast forwarding to now, as you say, new tech may be available or new techniques to extract it will come.
If they can figure that out. My opinion is this would be exploding up. Big time.
Not sure if it will happen. But I'm along for the ride to find out.
