    Sorry, I wouldn't want to give incorrect info on that either. I'm not sure exactly what it means either.

    My assumption would be, they have purchased 4.5 million shares at $5. Also having the option in the next 4 years to purchase another 4.5million shares at $7. In CRML.

    The reason could be they want assurance of having funding to stay compliant with the conditions of their lease. While also trying to stabilize the price during the escrow release period.

    Any insight would be appreciated by me also??
