You say it is unlikely the gap will be closed by CRML price dropping? Because it just dropped like a stone mid trade yesterday!!
22 million in the scheme of things is not a lot of coin based on total valuation. That 22 million worth of shares could have been trickled off over several months with dollar cost averaging.
Alternatively, after real of all shares, this system could have been offered.
What this tells me is that management think that$5 mark was a deal too good to refuse for a measly (in the scheme of things) $22 million.
Very disappointing result so close to release date of shares.
