Oh yes, this is correct.

I had envisioned in hope that Tony would have bundled a discounted deal by now for ~4.95% of total holdings and then unleashed a buyback or divvie.
We shall see, however one way or another EUR needs to start lowering its holdings down to under 50% when escrow is done later this month.

Unfortunately CRML has fallen to a place where making a sweet deal will be a little tough, ideally I was hoping for $5+ OMT for some of our holdings.
It didn't seem hard to find the support for the raise, so maybe Tony can do the same for our holdings.
