Tanbreez was acquired for 5M USD. The rest of the valuation is just notional based on the share price at the time. CRML issued about 19M CRML shares in addition to 5M USD.
As far as the market is concerned, 92.5% interest in Tanbreez was acquired for 5M USD and a 20% interest in CRML.
CRML now needs to show proper exploration results to increase the value of Tanbreez. There are also MAJOR CONCERNS raised around the actual mining, logistics, and extracting REE from the ore.
Expect CRML to drop below $2 this week and close to a $1 in about 2 weeks.
