Yes, Austria / wolfsberg is not on the list.

However, as I have always written here, the lithium project in Finland and the Czech Republic can be found, as they have already received subsidies.

Well, if European Lithium/ Critical Metals have not submitted any permits to operate the mine, according to the local newspapers, how are they supposed to be subsidised by the EU?

It will be interesting to see what the ‘well-informed people’ have to say about this, given that the mine in Wolfsberg is supposedly ‘fully permitted’ according to management/announcements.....

The share price of Critical Metals is also in the basement, and now, after the Australians / Europeans have already lost money with European Lithium in recent years, the Americans have also suffered massive losses with Critical Metals.....

The company writes that the mine in Carinthia is ‘fully permited’, which the mining authority denies.
The shares of the New York-listed parent company are in free fall. What's going on?

But Critical Metals' methods raise questions:
Is the company advertising with dubious to misleading claims on the Nasdaq website?
Several press releases state that the Wolfsberg project is the first ‘fully permitted’ lithium mine in Europe.
However, an enquiry by the STANDARD to the Austrian mining authority in the Ministry of Finance shows that this is not the case.
Although the Austrian subsidiary ECM Lithium AT GmbH is the ‘holder of the mining licence for the Andreas mine field’, several other permits would be required for mining.
These include the approval of a profit plan and licences for the construction of mining facilities. ‘There are currently no permits or authorisations in this regard, and the mining authority has not received any applications in this context,’ the ministry states. There is also a possible environmental impact assessment (EIA) procedure. The question of whether an EIA procedure is necessary is currently being litigated before an administrative court, but no decision has yet been made.
