Pointing out to all the past, present and future shareholders...

Pointing out to all the past, present and future shareholders the perils of investing into ventures ran by a well known, close-knit group of shonky micro-cap CEOs and Directors (who happen to be running this stock, at this moment).

Not often do you have such a clear lineage of defunct and morally (and financially) bankrupt companies, linked to a select number of individuals that are perpetually present, in some capacity, within Executives/Boards of those (now delisted/renamed) companies.

Common features of their operational landscape:

There is a sky-high pile of backstabbed shareholder bodies, strangely their pockets have been turned inside out.

There is a mile-long queue of confused and frightened 'sophisticated investors'.

There is an Eiffel Tower-size web of corporate machinations and complex network of cross securitization between companies and assets.

There is that unattainable, shiny thing that is far on the horizon, it almost here, but not quite, "need working capital" to get to it...or is it a mirage that will be forgotten about few months after the CR (the company renamed and pivoted onto the next trendy commodity)?

P.S. Wasn't there some self-proclaimed guru on this board that promised everyone free money and boasted about his hedge fund connections and NY residence? Ah...right, he is in that queue of confused and frightened 'sophisticated investors' I pointed out earlier, right.

P.S.S. I got plenty of losses in equally shonky companies across ASX and beyond, so don't be too harsh on yourselves my fellow exEUR shareholders, they get everyone. I got lucky because I had previous experience with one of 'their' companies and saw the telltale signs of demise in EUR earlier than normal.

Its hard to see past the veil of marketing facade and promises of quick money.
