My stance has always been the same. Wanting to see the best for the company but also wanting to hold management to account.

There have certainly been a lot of feathers ruffled in the past. It seems that asking real questions of management of this company on this forum is seen as a personal criticism to some holders. Which is baffling.

Management of public companies should be under scrutiny from shareholders and from themselves. People seem all too quick to offer excuses for management failures. Sure, we all fail from time to time. But if the failure is not understood and disseminated, the same mistake is free to happen again.

A corporate company needs checks and balances. It seems that rather than than hold management to account, they are at times and by some, put on a pedestal and revered for effectively failing to create value for share holders.

Frankly, I'm suprised that there is not a unified voice in this forum asking for very specific answers of this company and why it has repeatedly failed to offer value. Let's not forget, soon before the CRML listing, EUR was trading at $0.10 and now it is $0.052 - just shy of 50% drop. CRML Opened at $10.00 USD and is now trading at $1.53USD or close enough to an 85% drop.

There are other players out there with rare earths getting on with the process of getting set for actual mining. If this Tanbreez continues to drag on, then many other smaller mines will have the jump. If Tanbreez is such an asset, why are the financiers and partners clambering to get into a dutch auction to be a part of this?

We can't answer that question and many other pertinent questions. But management can answer. So how about for the greater good of the company, all of these holders reading this form concensus and as a voting block, demand accountability and answers from management for what has transpired in the 12 months leading up to the CRML float until present day.

Because from Wolfs to even the shambles of how options have been managed, shareholders deserve and should be demanding answers.
