There are local issues with every development. Companies work through them to get a result. All of Europe have the same problem and all jurisdictions have a similar outcome. The voice of those who think that their demand comes without a price. There is a price and if you create the demand then you own the price and the subsequent consequence. This is whether that price creates emissions and pollution in your own country or somebody else's country.
In this case the resource was a mine, an operating mine. The approvals to reopen the mine, change where the output goes etc should have been an easy process. It has proven otherwise.
The NIMBY issue has always been there, it is just some party /parties constantly post, highlighting delays and accusing the company for the delays. I am just highlighting the real reason.

My question is why the hassle. EUR has sold the mine. CRML owns the mine. EUR just has to find a way to take the money off the table. Sooner the better for mine.
