Yes, CRML is a separate entity but with basically the same players involved. EUR pushed Wolfs to CRML with the understanding that the site was ready to go with permits in place. Now, it seems that wasn't the case.
EUR and CRMLK have actually achieved nothing but moving around entities and lowering the values of both offerings substantially even though more assets have been added to the stable.
The excuse of lower lithoum price keeps getting rolled out. That argument doesn't hold water when timelines are aligned and what transpired. Can't use lowered prices of REE as an excuse for CRML's massive devaluation.
Notice that all the hoopla and tv appearances have achieved nothing. In such a hot market, EUR hasn't been a target of a take over. That is very telling and disappointing all at the same time. I'm yet to see any actual 'genius' moves yet. Only moves I see is to keep the many plates spinning on the sticks for as long as possible with hope that something - anything new will come along to distract from the previous failures.
