Some are trying to bog it down further. Everybody has moved on to the next thing and if this happens then it will happen.

why have NO permits EVER been submitted as a strategic European project? People with their heads in the air and idealistic viewpoints objecting. Too many of these people. They do not have their lives challenged so why should they become self-sufficient? NIMBYism at it's finest.
