Same here, thanks to @drinking's table in an earlier post I went and reviewed the SEC filings myself (here for anyone interested https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1951089/000121390022066603/ea167641-425_criticalmetals.htm)
I adjusted some numbers slightly (e.g. I read transaction price is $10.20 and holding equivalent to 80% of CRML, but I could be wrong). Essentially coming to the same conclusion as @drinking
+ added the implied valuation of the options, assuming a v simple pricing scenario of "EUR share price minus options strike price"
doesn't make any sense to me to that they could 18x overnight but that's what the numbers say?
