I don't know what you mean by that, SZZL closed trading at 4pm EST like every other.. there is no special treatment or SEC will sue you and Nasdaq.
That said, it is possible to trade shares outside market hours if a specific shareholder is willing and able to sell to an investor who is willing and able to buy, both having the same broker and agree on the same price. This is possible in any market, ASX included. Therefore recorded as afterhours trade. It is done by institutional investors not retail.
