Question - can anyone tell me what the share price for the CRML...

Question - can anyone tell me what the share price for the CRML shares that EUR is being given US$750?m worth of on listing tonight is based on?
I.e I was always of the opinion this was being being pegged at approx 67m shares based on a szzl/crml share price of roughly $11?
However all the EUR announcements seem to just vaguely refer to this transaction as being issued US$750m worth of shares, not a specific quantity of shares. Though I do recall a table showing different redemption scenarios that indicated at max redemption EUR gets 67m or so crml shares.
I guess in nutshell what I'm asking is - we are all cheering that SZZL hit $30 last night but is there a possibility that means we are getting issued only 25m shares tonight instead of the expected 67m?
Seems unlikely but so does the motivation for paying $30/ share last night valuing this tiny unoperational mine at $3b + when spod prices are below the cost of production?
Is it possible that last night's share price action was instead manufactured to rip EUR off to the tune of 42m shares?
End result being tomorrow CRML holds at around $8-12 and EUR ends up getting U$250m or so of shares instead of $750m?
I'm hoping that scenario is very wrong, but if so and the $750m is based on a fixed or calculated share price then why has there been no announcement of this yet to EUR holders?
