There will certainly be more than that available to the market. I don't think Empery Capital Management are subject to lock-up periods. They alone would already have 2M+ shares given to them by the Sponsor. They will also receive their 1M CRML shares within the next 30 days as soon as CRML can register these shares with the SEC.
